WE ARE RESPONSIBLE
Taree Recycling Centre issues certificates for every collection for clients who request certification.
We are responsible for the confidential information you entrust us with after collection.
All Taree Recycling Centre staff must sign an agreement not to discuss
or divulge any data in their care.
When we collect your confidential documents they are secured in our vehicle and
taken to our recycling centre in Taree. We then unload it and destroy it in our secure facility.
With prior notice, you can see your papers being destroyed and observe your
confidential data from the point of collection right to the
point of shredding.
We can also supply you with lockable bins to ensure
confidentiality of your documents.

These days it is essential that every business, company or organisation
know and abide by the legislation that requires "...reasonable steps to
destroy or permanently de-identify personal information if it is no longer needed".
